Business Risk Officer, EnterCard, Stockholm
EnterCard is a Nordic credit card business with more than 350 employees based in offices in Oslo, Trondheim, Stockholm and Copenhagen. EnterCard is currently on its way to expand its operations to Finland. EnterCard has more than 1,6 million credit-card customers in the Nordic region.
EnterCard is now looking to recruit a full-time Business Risk Officer, responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of EnterCard's risk management framework across the entire group. The role holder will be providing expert guidance and support to proactively improve the governance and internal control within EnterCard.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional and effective partnership when supporting the business in all aspects of risk management and controls. You will lead activities to develop methods and tools for operational risk management.
• Actively support the business in the quarterly risk assessment update and validate reported risks and controls as well as actively participate in quality and timely regular reporting regarding the risk and control area.
• Support the Head of Business Risk in her day to day tasks.
Experience/Functional Skills
• Practical knowledge of operational risk management.
• Experience from risk control, internal audit or compliance is an advantage as well as experience of risk method development.
• Strong awareness and experience of Controls Assurance and Controls Improvement.
• Understanding of how audits are performed.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Influencing and negotiating skills.
• Good team player, able to work independently, with a willingness to share knowledge.
