Group AML Officer Entercard, Stockholm
EnterCard is a Nordic credit card business with more than 350 employees based in offices in Oslo, Trondheim, Stockholm and Copenhagen. EnterCard is currently on its way to expand its operations to Finland. EnterCard has more than 1,6 million credit-card customers in the Nordic region.
EnterCard is now looking to recruit a full-time Group AML Officer to coordinate, evaluate and monitor efforts taken to fulfill regulatory compliance within the anti-money laundering (AML) legislation within the group. You will be giving general advice and support in the AML Field.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the AML framework and lead education sessions in the field of AML.
• Handle daily operational issues regarding the AML systems and questions from investigation unit and other departments.
• Report AML status and statistics monthly.
• Collect information from other departments regarding process efficiency, suggestions for improvements in the AML area and changes in parameter/indicator settings in the AML System.
• Chair quarterly meetings with the AML Officers and system responsible for the AML system.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and keep the AML page on the intranet updated.
Experience/functional skills
• Experience in the AML Area.
• Experience in banking business and/or from regulatory authorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Personal qualities
• Excellent problem solving skills combined with the ability to grasp commercial issues.
• Analytical, structural and systematic.
• Comfortable working independently as well as across Nordic teams.
